EXCHANGES Any items that need exchanging need to be returned to Baby Biker, 11 Union Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 5NB within 7 days of receipt as long as it is unused with all labels intact.  Please include your name and address and a daytime contact number and a letter explaining what size/style/colour you need in exchange.  Please note there will be a return post and packing charge for the exchange items to be sent out as per our terms and conditions.

NEW YEAR SALE  Massive New Year stock clearance - for list of products please see our special offer and clearance sections . Many items are on offer for a limited period only and special offer prices do not apply in the shop.  Clearance lines are mainly discontinued lines and are available while stocks last only and are kept mainly in warehouse stock so are not always available in the shop outlet so please ring for stock availability if you are visiting the shop and wish to buy clearance lines

EXCHANGES OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD   If you purchase something for a Christmas present and it is the wrong size/colour etc you have until 10th January to return it to us for exchange (subject to a return post and packing charge as per our exchange terms and conditions)

PART EXCHANGE POLICY due to the market forces and ebay sales etc it is no long viable for us to offer up to 40% part exchange on return items brought from us. Our new policy is that we can offer up to 30% off a new garment as long as it is a like for like part exchange.  We can only accept one part exchange item per new item purchased, and the return item must have all zips intact and be of good saleable quality.  If the item is well worn unfortunately we wont be able to accept it in part exchange.  We do not part exchange and motocross items, helmets, t-shirts or general fashion items, and can only part exchange on items that are originally purchased from us.

POSTAL PRICES    POST OFFICE PRICES ARE FOR A 5-7 DAY DELIVERY AS WE ARE UNABLE TO DISPATCH EVERY DAY.  OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FED EX DELIVERY ALSO IF YOU NEED THE ORDER QUICKLY

XMAS AND NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS     We will close 1pm on Thursday 31st December and will be closed Friday 1st January.  We will be open on Saturday 2nd Janaury and be closed on the Sunday and Monday and re open on Tuesday 5th January for normal opening hours
