A 24 Hour delivery service is offered for mainlaind UK only (excludes Aberdeen and Scottish Highlands) . You should contact us if you require urgent delivery to confirm stock availability & delivery times.

Saturday deliveries are usually £25 per order unless they are small enough to be sent via royal mail
For the rest of the world, our delivery charges are quoted invdividually on receipt of the order as postage depends on the weight of the items order. No order is processed until we have received an email confirmation from you that you are happy for us to proceed with the order once we have quoted post and packing charges
Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time for all orders outside the UK
If the order is urgent please contact us for more accurate delivery times.
When ordering, please give accurate measurements as we will endeavour to add growing room.

For small items to these countries please ask for P&P charges as some items can be sent via letter packet at substantially reduced costs.
Moneyback Policy
All our products have a moneyback guarantee (excluding p+p). Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of any product you receive on mail order please return within 7 days of receipt by recorded delivery and we will refund you in full excluding p+p costs. Please make sure that items are returned unused in their original packaging and will all labels intact.
Exchange Policy
Should any item ordered on mail order be the incorrect size please return to us with details of your name, address and phone number, and the appropriate p+p, and we will exchange for correct size. We can take any return post and packing charges from your original card details provided with your order, if you do not wish us to do this please put a note in with your return parcel and we will contact you for payment details. Please include details of new sizes required and a daytime contact number in case we need to clarify anything

Refunds can only be given if goods are returned within 7 days in perfect condition. After this time credit vouchers may be issued at the discretion of the management. Goods returned more than one month after purchase for size exchange will only be exchanged for a larger size under the part exchange scheme. If goods are being purchased for a gift please let us know on purchase so we can give you an extended return date if size is incorret for exchange. Christmas present purchases must be returned for exchange by 10 January in perfect unused condition. After this date goods returned will only be given credit vouchers to the value of the goods excluding P+P costs.
